* All images in LittleMissQ are provided by supplier, we don't accept complain if you receive real item is slightly different from picture.
* We selected the best supplier in China, therefore you can actually fear-free to place order, our clothes is 95% similar with the picture you seen.
* Due to the monitor color setting in each different computer, real item color may slightly different from picture.
* All clothes are FREE SIZE unless stated, free size means fits S to L. We usually will given measurement, please refer to it.
* We do not accept any arguement on Color Different, Small Stain, Sewing Problem or any minor problem on goods which is not obivious.
* We are doing only PRE-ORDER SPREE, orders estimate will arrive 10-15 working days, please place order only if you willing to wait.
* Above T&C changed without prior notice.

Q: If I placed order, when can i receive my item after paid?
A: All item in LittleMissQ is PRE-ORDER , we close order every 10th, 20th, 30th monthly, item estimate will arrive within 10 working days.
Q: I have already made payment, how do I inform you?
A: Please go to "Payment Notify" to send your payment details, DO NOT DUPLICATE AND SEND NUMEROUS TIME your message will not appear until admin check and replied ! Please inform the exact amount you pay (eg. your invoice stated RM 28.50, and you cash deposit RM30 , you must inform us RM30 the balance we will credit back to your LMQ acc for temporary).
Q: I received my order, but it is incomplete some item not inside, why?
A: Please check your invoice, if the item you didn't receive it must be the item out of stock. Sorry we couldn't reach you on time to inform you the out of stock item. Because we really very busy. So Sorry.
Q: Item out of stock, then where is my balance?
A: Money is inside your LMQ account, system will automatically credit back to your account if the item you ordered out of stock, you can ONLY select replacement or use at Dazzling Couture. Please consult our admin to transfer balance.
Q: My pre-order item has over 10 days, why it still not reach yet?
A: I'm sorry dear, some times pre-order might be delayed a few days due to customs clearance, we will ensure the item reach you not more than 14 days.
Q. Why there is missing item in my parcel? So frustrated , admin didn't inform me at all ?
We are really sorry for this situation, mostly if you didn't receive the item it means out of stock, we are sorry that we unable to inform you on time during you place order, because supplier isn't 24hours serving my orders, they have thousands of order daily. Everyday there is few items out of stock. So we really can't help if the item was sold out but we will try out best to complete your order.
Q. Where are the goodies from?
All item imported from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and coming up soon I will bringing fashion & accessories from Bangkok.
Q. What if I do not receive my parcel?
Usually takes about 2-3 working days to arrive depending on your locations. You can track your parcel with the tracking code given to you or by calling up Pos Malaysia Customer Service Centre at1300 300 300. Do notify us about it & we'll try our best to assist you.
For Pos Laju & Registered postages, please ensure that there'll be somebody to sign for the parcel. Otherwise, they'll deposit your parcel at your nearest post office & you'll have to collect it there.
Q. Can I do Cash-On-Delivery (COD)?
I'm sorry currently we only offer Pick Up At Store , where you have to place order and make payment first,when your item arrive we will contact you for self pick up.
Q. I can't pay the exact amount via the cash deposit machine
e.g you suppose to pay us RM 36 but the cash deposit machine only accepts RM 10 notes. No worries! Pay us RM 40 & we will credit the balance to your member account for future usage.
Q. How do I know if the clothes fit me
Rule of thumb – do your due diligence, get a measuring tape &measure yourself. We do provide all the measurements in details & if you need more information, do contact us.
Q. How do I order & make payment?
Please click on the link above - "how to shop?". Currently, we only accept payments to our Maybank,CIMB Bank, Ambank & Public Bank.
